Vision

West Ottawa High School’s FIRST Robotics “WOBOT” team focuses its energy on making our school an integral part and outstanding representative of the FIRST Robotics Competition, while encouraging culture change in our school and the wider community of our state, nation and world. Acting upon Dean Kamen’s declaration that “In a culture, you get what you celebrate,” our team strives to develop a further appreciation for science and engineering through gracious competition, community outreach, school activities, business partnerships, and scholarship.

• To be more productive
• To be Involved with the team as much as possible.
• For WOBOT to win the Chairman’s award
• To improve team work
• To develop better public relation skills,travel more and network with different people from all over the world.
• For the team to have fun and learn a lot.
• To grow as an individual.
• To learn how to start and finish projects.
• To know that our team is amazed, awed and inspired by what we accomplish collectively.
